BizGeno is a Harborly LLC company. This policy explains how BizGeno handles information submitted through bizgeno.com and the BizGeno service.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, service area, business goals, project details, photographs, and other materials needed to provide tools, recommendations, or services.
Our hosting and service providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as device, browser, request, and diagnostic data.

- Create and save requested marketing outputs
- Prepare recommendations and deliver purchased services
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve BizGeno
- Coordinate an approved referral to Launch & Main
- Meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations
Launch & Main referrals
When you request website help or approve a referral, BizGeno may share the business and contact information reasonably needed for Launch & Main to continue the conversation. We do not transfer your information for a cross-brand referral without your request or approval.
Service providers
BizGeno uses service providers for hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence processing, file processing, communications, payments, and business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to BizGeno. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored directly by BizGeno.
Your content
You remain responsible for confirming that you have permission to upload and use submitted photographs, logos, testimonials, and other materials. Generated marketing content should be reviewed for accuracy before publication.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
