Terms of Use
BizGeno is a Harborly LLC company. These terms govern your use of the BizGeno website, business-request process, and available marketing tools. A separate written agreement or order controls any paid project or ongoing service.
Business requests and recommendations
Submitting a business request does not require a purchase. A recommendation is informational until scope, price, timing, payment, and any required agreement are confirmed. Selecting "Request project start" records interest only. It does not charge you or automatically begin work.
Marketing tools
BizGeno tools may use artificial intelligence and automated processing. Outputs can contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. You must review and approve facts, claims, images, hashtags, disclosures, and platform suitability before publishing or relying on an output.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and lawful instructions
- Use only content and materials you have permission to use
- Protect account access and promptly report suspected misuse
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
- Obtain any professional, legal, tax, or regulatory review your business requires
No guaranteed results
BizGeno does not guarantee search rankings, platform approval, audience growth, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or other marketing outcomes. Third-party platforms control their own rules, availability, rankings, and moderation decisions.
Website services
Launch & Main provides website creation, improvement, functionality, maintenance, and management. If you request or approve a referral, its separate scope, agreement, pricing, and service terms apply.
Payments and cancellations
Paid work begins only after the applicable scope, payment, access, and start conditions are satisfied. Project payment schedules, revisions, cancellations, refunds, and pauses are defined in the applicable recommendation, order, or service agreement. Membership terms are shown before enrollment.
Acceptable use
Do not use BizGeno to violate rights, mislead customers, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, access another customer's information, or attempt to bypass security or usage controls.
Service availability
BizGeno may change, suspend, or discontinue tools and features. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or service maintenance.
